Covid-19 Protocol

Whilst we are taking every step to minimise disruption of our Studio classes, we have introduced the following measures in order to comply with the latest Government Guidelines.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

Studio Rules:

  1. Arrive by normal entrance on The Promenade ready to exercise at least 10 minutes before class
  2. Sanitise hands at the sanitiser station on Reception wall
  3. Complete new COVID/Health questionnaire
  4. Wait on clearly marked spot on Reception floor until called into Studio
  5. Bring personal (minimal) effects into Studio
  6. Sticky socks (entire session) and Sticky/Cotton Gloves (hands in strap work only) are mandatory
  7. Keep socially distanced from other clients and keep movement around each station minimal
  8. Clean down all equipment touched after class with sanitiser and paper towels
  9. Sanitise hands at Exit point in Studio
  10. Leave through Fire Exit into Montpellier Street

What to bring:

Filled Water Bottle

Hand towel

Minimal personal effects

Sticky socks

Cotton gloves/sticky gloves

Arrive ready to start class

Useful to know:

We will be selling a range of sticky socks, cotton gloves and bottled water with our new contactless payment system at Reception.

The studio will be cleaned between sessions.

Until further notice we are no longer offering showering facilities or face cloths.
