As the studio is shut and all client courses are frozen until we reopen, we are thrilled to have launched FLUID ONLINE.
We are bringing you daily sessions, allowing you to access our great trainers, Lottie, Lydia & Nas with our dynamic Pilates Fusion-style workouts. As you would expect from a session in the studio, we aim to strengthen, flex and tone your body, keeping you in shape, whilst also raising that heart level to maintain your fitness levels.
If you have a mat, ball, hand weights and a ring handy that would be great to maximise on the exercises. Lottie, has ingeniously suggested a broom handle or similar to use in her classes… we cannot wait to see what else she has in store for you guys!!
