Louise is a Mat Pilates and Dynamic Reformer Pilates Instructor. Having been seriously involved in the dynamic/bootcamp-style reformer fitness scene in London for the last 7 years, she decided to bring the format to Cheltenham, where she settled in February 2017.

Mac is a Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, a qualified Reformer Pilates Instructor and military trained ‘bootcamp’ master! Phew!
Bringing a focus on strength and conditioning, Mac is there to help you sculpt, build and strengthen your entire body from head to toe. A stickler for technique, he will quickly get to you to where you want to be. His morning and evening classes are an ideal way to build fitness into your busy weekly schedule – believe me they work!
Lottie is a fierce pocket rocket who likes to teach a fast paced flowing class. Expect a ten minute standing warm through off the machine before hopping on for a strong core based challenge with lots of reps.
If stomach and spine is your scene with arms and legs thrown in for a total body sculpt this is the class for you. Music is a key aspect too so expect some strong beats to accompany your workout.
Lydia is both Mat Pilates & Fluid Reformer Pilates trained. She started her journey with Reformer Pilates in London 8 years ago and was delighted when Fluid moved to Cheltenham – to enable her to continue her practice.
Lydia’s learning & enthusiasm for Reformer never ends with her attending 4-5 sessions weekly herself to enable her to continue to progress her skills and to gain inspiration to devise new routines for classes.
Lydia’s favourite exercises on the reformer involve Glutes & Core… always aiming to feel the burn. Accompanied by her favourite genre of music ‘Tropical House’ her aim is for the hour to just fly by!
Ashley is a qualified Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates Instructor. Pilates has been a part of her life for the last 10 years. Ashley has recently moved out of the corporate world to pursue her passion in fitness. She has continued her study with a level 3 qualification in Pilates for Pre and Postnatal Clients.
Ashley gives lots of attention to each person in her class and is passionate about doing exercises correctly at each person’s pace. Her classes are challenging, fun, friendly and you will walk away with a full body work out, feeling revitalised and strong.
Having spent 12 years as a registered nurse, with 10 of those in Accident & Emergency it was time to help people in a different way. Whilst living in Australia I found a love of Pilates, which lead me to complete the STOTT PILATES training in mat & reformer Pilates in 2004.
I am always looking to develop my skills & 7 years ago trained as a bootybarre instructor as well.
My classes are fun & dynamic. I have a wealth of experience ranging from rehab with injuries to Princesses of the Saudi Royal Family to pre/post natal clients to advanced challenging classes. No muscle is left out!
