Two Phase Reopening Information

As we’ve alluded to before, reopening is a 2-PHASE process. I wanted to give you more information on this so that you are booking into the right phase as your safety is of paramount importance to us.

PHASE 1 – GYM PHASE – Tuesday 12th April

We can only operate as a ‘GYM’ from the 12th April.

These sessions (all called Mixed Level on the Timetable) are only suitable for current clients or those with extensive reformer experience.

We are not allowed to formally teach, though there will be a Specialist on a Reformer conducting a routine you can follow. This means that you need sufficient knowledge of the machine, springs, equipment and how to operate it all yourself (adjusting footbar and straps etc)

Unfortunately, these sessions are NOT suitable for Beginners or those suffering from significant injuries as we are unable to give you the support and direction that you need.

From May 17th we can run a full and varied timetable catering for all levels and can welcome back new clients and Beginners.

Both Phases will abide by the strict rules currently in place. As a reminder these are:

  1. Arrive 10 mins before the session and wait to be let in
  2. Sanitise hands and minimise touching doors, merchandise etc
  3. Complete a COVID/INJURY questionnaire and SIGN!
  4. Have sticky socks and gloves at the ready (you must wear socks for the entire session and gloves for strap work) We sell these at the studio and are unable to ‘lend’ them out even if you forget as sharing is not allowed
  5. Make sure you have a bottle of water nearby (we sell refreshments at the studio)
  6. Wait on a marked circle until called into studio
  7. Stay within your pod for the session and only use equipment within that pod
  8. Sanitise all equipment after class and leave in a socially distanced fashion

We will ensure the studio is ventilated throughout the class.
